Our Experience
As mentioned above, Falcon Appraisal has been a part of the community for many years. Steve Trebus, a River Falls native, founded Falcon Appraisal in 1989 and built a trusted, successful business whether it was his work with banks, home owners, or real estate professionals. In 2014, Steve welcomed Josh Schneider (then a student at UW-River Falls) as an apprentice, investing his decades of expertise in mentoring him. Together, the two of them developed a strong partnership and team as they served the surrounding communities. In 2022, after years of meaningful collaboration, Josh officially took over as the owner and operator of Falcon Appraisal. He has taken pride in continuing the business’ legacy of reliable, credible, and comprehensive appraisal services.
